Huh, it looks like they took out the bonus for 50 VIP kills. Sad times. Not sure it even worked in the first place though. Also looks like they may have lowered the requirements for some of the weapon xp bonuses.

Correct, you have to start the game, and when you press X in the main menu it'll download the patch.

Why does the post master gift always give me blues now?

I have leveled up the cryptard 5 times today and I got nothing but blue engrams.

And yeah, even though he always had a 'chance' to give blues before, now it seems he gives blues about 75% of the time. Making this whole patch simply a perception patch. IMO, they probably nerfed the Legendary Engram drops, increased blue drops and increasing the amount of blues you get from packages. Seems like it, alot of people are reporting getting majorly blues from packages.

Leveled The Cryptarch to 13 after the patch and got 2 purples and 1 blue from the Postmaster. Legendary Chest for Hunter and Legendary boots for Titan.

I don't think it was changed. Before the patch, I got three blue engrams for the past four levels.

I want that gun. Want it so badly. Every time I go 1 on 1 in PVP against SR wielder, if we start shooting at the same time, I'll lose 8/10 times (unless he misses most headshots and I hit almost every single one).

What's the easiest way to get Strange Coins so I can buy one? I know some people got this weapon as a reward in Crucible but I don't know what my chances are when it comes to RGN. I have 50+ people on my friends list, but it would take a lot of time to find even 2 that are available to play Weekly Heroic Strike at the same time (most people on my list (including me) have jobs, wives, kids, etc. so it's not easy for us to group up. Of course, Bungie's attitude towards matchmaking doesn't help, so just like in raids, they don't allow matchmaking in Weekly Heroics and that definitely sucks for people like me.

I have 7 strange coins, I think most of them came from decrypting engrams (got 2 yesterday after the patch, both came from blue engram, which was really surprising).

So, what's my best option for getting strange coins? Help this lustful man get his hands on the Suros Regime.

I seriously doubt that Xur will have Suros this weekend. You might be waiting a long time for it to be on sale again. There are a lot of guns in queue.

Finally levelled an alt (bladedancing hunter) to 20+. Got her to 24 within like half an hour of hitting, thanks to the Hunter gear I had vaulted that I got with my main Warlock and a blue helmet from the daily story mission I ran at 20. Really starting to dig this character too, not quite as much as my Warlock though

These Guardians protect the light from the forces of darkness.
