Nope it's from Hong Kong. It's a regional promotion when you subscribe to gold on there. You get to keep these games regardless of your subscription status.

You can download it to as many Xbox´es as you like as long as you are signed in with your account.

Lococycle, Volgarr, Nutjistu, Fighter Within, etc.

Potential games probably need to be available worldwide, otherwise people would just switch their region to get them. We can also exclude EA published titles and games that are being bundled with the console around the world or are part of some promotion (like Zoo Tycoon in Asia). It doesn't make sense to give those away now.

I think it's because for the most part there was two new downloadable games a month for Xbox One up until recently. Outside of retail, Sony was really picking up the drought with waves of download-only titles. Now, though, it's picking back up, and it's either offer games that a lot of people already bought, or cough up money for these new games. I'd prefer for them to do one new, one old, but they are loosely putting up two games a month by holding a game for two months just to take "two games a month" literally.

Those two games aren't anything to do with GwG though, as it says on that page they're a bonus for people who sign up for 12 months of Gold between 16th October & 31st January.

Aren't there enough digital indie titles out on X1 for MS to pick from? That's what Sony's been doing so far and it's worked pretty well.
