Its PC>the system you have>the one you don't have

the differences between the PS3/360 version will be so small is just more of a preference of what controller you prefer. But still, like with all multiplatform games PC is the best

Well that answers the question if BGE would work in the PoP Style vs. they should have made POP like the new BGE style. :)
 
It probably has been mentioned but what's going on with that IGN review? I know the final score isn't supposed to be an average but none of the separate categories (Including gameplay) are as high as the final score.

No. Sands of Time series is done and buried. This game resets everything, and apparently they're not doing a trilogy this time (since the last six have all been trilogies).

Also for the purposes of this "jade" skin, i don't think they're actually trying to recreate Jade there... it looks like a costume, like Elika wearing a Jade outfit. Very nice looking

Some PC games support Games For Windows Live, which adds achievements to your gamertag (the Steam version of Fallout 3 is doing that for me, so ironic). It's a shame more titles don't though, it doesn't cost anything to qualify for Games for Windows Live.

So the two console versions are pretty much identical? I may actually get it for the PS3 this time, just to build my library.

also played like 1 hour today. i really like how you are not able to die from jumps and nearly instantly start from the last platform from where you leapt to your death ;)

graphics are gorgeous as is the sound. jumping and running etc. is really nice. some cheesy dialogue at the beginning but it's ok.

combat is also very cool imo. it's nice combining the different "fighting styles" like air combat etc.

what about collecting those... forgot the name.. glowing things after you have completed one level. are there some areas i cannot reach yet? do i have to unlock a new power of elika?

conclusion: fucking buy it :D

Yeah some light seeds are only reachable with the right power.
 
I'll be picking this game up tomorrow. I can't wait, it's going to be an awesome way to end the absurd amount of games I've been playing this past month or two.

It still showed up for me a few hours ago before I placed my preorder, I took a screenshot of it just in case, because nothing indicating the offer appears when you checkout. It no longer shows up now though and the button has changed from Pre-Order to Add to Shopping Cart. Glad I made it just in time!

Yeah I created Gamersyde (with Snoopers). It's a company (French SARL), but it has no employees and we sure don't get any money out of it. One day maybe.
