Got around to opening this today. Finally got the internet on the WiiU to work. Never gave me trouble when MK8 came out :(

Feels great to play with a GameCube controller again.

Do you really have to unlock the characters again? Uncool

Played some more For Glory today. While my matches aren't laggy, I did feel the input lag a few times. Guess I should get better internet.

In any case, I feel I'm improving slightly. I managed some nice combos with Yoshi, even if my opponent beat me like 6 times and I only won once haha.

In case nobody wanted to bother to unlock it.

When I think of veterans, I think of Smash 64 - mayyyybe Melee.

It's impressive how the OGs have changed so much, and somehow so little, in 16 years' time.

Hi guys, I just came back from my local video games store and I saw a dozen Wii U Gamecube Adapter. Bought one for myself but I was wondering if these were that rare? Is it worth selling it? (I thought those Hori Gamecube controllers were compatible with them but I was wrong so I'll probably won't need it).

I got the 200 battle fought pop up earlier. Then I realized the game launched on Friday and I have been playing since Friday Night.

Holy shit

yeah, when i say veterans i don't mean zss and diddy.

link is actually good now? oh goodness me

So far, my favorite characters are Pit/Dark Pit, Zero Suit Samus, Link/Toon Link, Sonic, and Shulk. I feel like I'm best with Dark Pit and Zero Suit Samus, though. Both are pretty fun to use. Shulk is pretty stressful to use because of all the Monado arts switching. I think sometimes I focus too much on that and then get punished for it.
