Smash has no input delay. It is your TV. All HDTVs suffer from input delay, some far worse then others. I learned this the hard way from SFIV on my old hdtv. Try game mode (if you have it) or try using a gaming computer monitor.

Seems like you can at least make your Custom Stages a bit more pretty by putting platforms on top of other ones, though for some reason, it only works some of the time.

sakurai pls let us draw textures on platforms
 
So ive been making combos and stuff as i play online for glory and i cant help but ask for wii fit trainer when and who can I pound into the ground with the 3 netural attacks? Some characters I cam some i cant ?
 
Yesterday I had my first streak of won matches in For Glory. Won like 7 consecutive matches with Yoshi against 3 different people, so it felt slightly legit!

Today I've been playing the solo modes. I'm really enjoying the game so far. I think the best recipe to really enjoy the single modes is to not obsess with challenges so early and just give it time. Use SP modes to learn the characters and have fun.

For example, I just played 2 maps with Mario in Target Blast, trying to get some good records. Then I stopped, instead of burning myself by trying to clear it with all characters super fast. That way you get to enjoy the mechanics of the minigame more.

I was bored and trained my new Amiibos to level 14. I put a random Level 9 CPU in and they kicked his butt so bad. They tied for sudden death.
 
So has anyone who had an issue with error code 018-0516 in the 3DS version had any problems with online in the Wii U version? It's a router issue from what I gathered, but I can't really do anything about it.
In the 3DS version I only managed to connect to a match around 20% of the time and was unable to play with friends due to constant errors.

Yeah, I definitely didn't trust her. The conversation went like this:

Me: "Do you know if there is anymore stock of the GameCube adapter?"
Her: "Oh no, that was a one day thing and Nintendo has informed us that there won't be anymore."
Me: "......................Okay..."
Her: "You can try online, but it will probably be expensive."
Me: "Okay, just the amiibo then."

There was literally a two second pause before I answered okay because of the 'bells' that went off in my head.

On another note, when does the Yoshi amiibo stop spamming eggs? Once he got to level 11, he started using them a ton and I can't get at him from above. He is now level 18 and still does it.

All of those are pretty easy and quick to do aside from the
Metroid
challenge. I hate how they tie challenges to such completely random crap like that one.

Ha! Your Hyrule 64 created stage is better than most of the BS normal ones that are included in this game!

Actually, funny enough just a few minutes ago Amazon said they shipped my adapter that I had pre ordered and it should be here tomorrow, tracking number and all

Cool I guess. I wouldn't worry about finding it if you're patient.

the game is still very fun, but difficult to control, i remember Meele to be much better.

Sounds like the problem of a laggy TV. I have zero problems on my Asus evo Monitor.
 
Sooo in the odd case my gamepad is dead and i dont have a charger with me can i play smash? Like does the gamepad need a charge to boot my wii u?

I didn't look very hard xD I have gift cards to spend so I was just checking Walmart and EB while I went to get an amiibo for the off chance they had one. I don't need it, but I don't know what else I am going to spend these gift cards on.

Anyone up for some 1v1? NNID is same as my GAF name.
