Yep. One GC adapter with the 2 USB plug-ins up front and the other adapter in the back 2 USB slots of the Wii U. 8-player GC controller madness. =]

Can someone explain the juggle system? The training mode doesn't have any options to test things that I can figure out.

For example, are you stuck in a juggle state for X frames once someone hits you? I have a hard time telling how that works. If so, does a higher % make them stuck in a juggle state longer? Can you recover out of it, like with teching in other games? So many questions haha

Yep! Everyone else in my family is in the US, though. Honestly, I really haven't had any major lag issues in all of my time playing with people on the 3DS (since it's all done on a system-to-system basis), so I don't imagine the Wii U being any different.
