Yeah, I was thinking that as well. I really didn't notice any lag in those matches.
 
Have you guys seen any online adverts for Smash? I just watched a game preview for irst Alone in the Dark: Illumination and Smash popped up.

Just got confirmation from DHL that my Smash package will indeed arrive today already.

I'm so damn hyped.
Many Smash videos will be recorded.

When's the first GAF Smash WiiU tourney?
 
Excellent, Game UK sent my download code. I don't expect to be able to preload, but at least I will be able to leave it downloading while I sleep.

Now I just need to go on a GC adapter hunt.

As far as I know you actually will be able to pre-load the game.

Same here, the game UK code doesn't work with preload. Ordered the gc adaptor from them as well .
 
Shipping notification received from Shopto about 40 minutes ago for game + GC adaptor bundle. No idea if this means it's arriving today, there was some talk about them hand-packing orders yesterday so notifications might have been delayed.

Has anyone who ordered the same bundle from ST had their copy arrive today?

Not yet. I got a shipping text last night about 6pm.
I can tell I'll be listening for the doorbell all day now in the hopes it turns up early XD
 
50,000 blocks in Trophy Rush is too damn much. I've already cleared all of the other challenges for this mode and even played through the whole thing with every character. I have no idea if I'm even close.
 
Anyone from EU able to get online? Tells me I need an update but even when I restart the game it doesn't download an update.
 
Work for game so got it this morning :D only problem seems to be the online, it says I have to update it before I can play it, but there seems to be no update. Am I snookered until tomorrow?

I'll try my store where I pre-ordered it. They sold Smash 3DS a day early...
 
By the way, I can't register the Nintendo Club code, it says invalid.
My guess is that they block it until release date because of the OST, so it's fair for everyone.

I got my dispatch notice this morning too but nothing in the post unfortunately.

Wait, is the OST limited? I thought everyone who registers both versions gets it...
 
Noooo... Persona Q arrived - a game I can't start till I've played Persona 3, but bought at release to support the series - whilst Smash didn't. At least it's in the mail though. As the poster below me has noted, Amazon are posting later and later, to the point I cancelled my preorder with them.

I went to my GS every day after work to check if Smas U was ready to sell. I know they have the game, since I saw many boxes still sealed around the store.
The clerk told me they have to wait a call from their bosses before selling early. Damn! I know the game is out in every other store

Uk? Amazon really suck for me so I stopped using them for anything important. I've switched over to pre-ordering from the Nintendo UK store and I'm expecting the game today.

You have months to register it. I'm sure there are going to print the required amount to meet demand. It's not like the OoT3D offer where you had to do it quick (which resulted in the system crashing)
 
Best Buy offered the game itself for 20 dollars after screwing up my pre-order. Couldn't resist. I'll just get a pro controller tomorrow at Target and the whole thing will come out to 60.

The problem is it is telling us information I'm sure we already know. Ratehr have a few stupid pictures to end things on. Though I admit I've been a bit lazy just posting about them but not posting the text and images here.
 
I got antsy about my Amazon order not shipping so I tried messing around with the delivery options but fucked up and got it set to december 1st with no way of getting it back to the 28th.

Ended up cancelling the Amazon order and got it from ShopTo, it's already dispatched.

I would have did this only Amazon have took the money out of my account already but haven't dispatched it yet.

Got my UK copy today. Good thing I didn't order from Shopto, I ordered the GC controller from there and it got delayed. Guess I'm stuck using old GC controllers until Saturday.
