Damn just gave 55 for the game and 20 for the adapter. But I had a 50 coupon so I only payed 25 in the end.

I think it was longer than that, but that doesn't make sense as Ganondorf was never like that in any of his games.
I paid 25 for the adapter. High robbery is what it is.
Maybe I'll have a look in my nearest Media Markt later.

Yeah, but nothing changed since Brawl that would make Ganondorf a priority. Twilight Princess is still his most recent appearance. Pit starred in a brand new game with a ton of new weapons. I'm not saying I agree with the way Ganondorf is depicted, but I don't think Pit is to blame for that. Kid Icarus: Uprising practically ensured that Pit would have some new moves no matter what.

Do characters unlock if you link the 3DS version or do we have to unlock them again? And if we have to, is there a list with unlock requirements somewhere?

You have to unlock them again. GFAQs probably has a list.

Characters unlock at a rapid pace though. Just play some For Fun for awhile and that seems to unlock most of them.

Sooo I'm back with my haul of Smash Bros U, Pokémon Alpha Sapphire and the GameCube adapter! 
Sadly no Senran Kagura, Horizon but the store only had 50€ PSN cards in stock and that would be way more than I needed, but it will happen soon enough 
Also a huuge thank you to my Media Markt! They didn't get any Smash bundles and had the game for 60€ and the GameCube adapter for 20€, even though their website listed the bundle as available for 64.99€. I went to the guy at the gaming sections info-stand and asked him about the bundle I saw online. He knows me by now and confirmed they didn't get any but asked me how much it was listed for online, then he printed me a paper and said I can get the Controller Adapter for 4.99€ instead of 19.99€ to match the bundle!

Now I just popped the game in and now update yet on my EU Wii U so I just did a quick two minute Smash and my god, the 3DS version was already awesome but this is a revelation, it looks and plays so smooth and well in motion even on my PC monitor where Wii U games usually look a bit meh compared to my TV. The 1080p 60fps really shows and it's beautiful! Can't wait to dig in fully after the patch is out and after I descaled our coffee maker which will take me 40 minutes 
Oh and how can I get screenshots on my PC? Do I have to use the Wii U upload method or will it be enough to put my Wii U's SD card in my PC and can I grab the screenshots I made from there?

Don't know if this is week old news or just a funny quirk in the PAL versions of the game but a few times I've had music tracks I haven't unlocked play on a stage, my two trips to Mushroom Kingdom U were accompanied by the SMB3 medley and Omega Temple threw in some Dragon Roost Island, it made a mockery of my music sliders which is of course one of the first things I addressed when starting the game.
That and Smash Tour gives no fucks about these so called unlockable characters, I was rolling with Wario from the start of my first turn so it actually surprised me a few hours later when he popped up again as a new challenger approaching.
I don't believe so, as you can probably tell from my posts so far the attention I paid to this side of things was in the region of being oblivious.

This is exactly why I stopped pre-ordering with Amazon. Had this happen way too many times. They don't give a shit either, or maybe they'll offer free shipping on something.
Amazon still hasn't dispatched any of the other stuff I ordered with the game (GCN controllers and Amiibos), whereas ShopTo has atleast dispatched it (the game + adapter) on next day delivery.
Decided not to buy games from Amazon again, may as well save up points from ShopTo.
This happened with Pokemon Y as well (except in that case, all 3 other people in my house who preordered it got it on release date, but I didn't, despite being at the same address and being the first to preorder it), should have learnt my lesson there.

Yeah it's so hard to see the foodn that stage... and then the cart comes flying at you while you're focusing on the area around you. I love the challenge variety but holy crap are some of them hard. Also the duck hunt one took forever because the collision detection on the ducks is really wonky.
Suck stuff up, doesnt it heal you more?
I preordered the Smash bundle from GameStop. They never did ship it, and last night they canceled my order.

They should return his movement to the Melee form. He was a beast back then, but is way too cumbersome now.
It differs really; saw one Link Amiibo which looked pretty damn smooth. Quality between several Link's was weird. Saw one derpy face, damn.

Where do you live? I'm from Germany and my Saturn (in Bochum) won't get any smash + GCC adapter bundles.

They did not just break the street date... they broke it big time. I mean... that's quite a pile of copies. Hell, they even didn't care about fucking ORAS.
So yeah, went home with Smash U and the adapter for 69 € (about 86 $) and I'm damn happy. Was tempted to get a Link Amiboo, but then I realized that I don't shit money.

It's not supposed to look like that though, right? I wouldn't buy an amiibo, but if I did and got one that was bent I'd request to get a new one (which you can by law of course).
Mine has this issue too, but it matches the arc of my cock so I'm ok with it.

Any way to put all your Smash attacks on the Wiimote D-Pad (like in Brawl), using the Nunchuk too of course.
Just testing out different setups, and in Brawl that was actually super effective once you got used to it.
Edit: Maybe I'm too drunk already, but I see zero option to do so (only shake smashes), so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
