I was playing GTA V until the end of the DLC's download, I did not expect that size for the update (it's more than Halo from last night), I think I'll pause the download and play Halo, then resume it to download overnight.

Downloading the update right now but I'm having the VIP price issue as well.

The Xbox website and network service status page on the console say that 'puchase and content usage' are having issues right now. It's actually been that way for a couple days. I'm in Ireland if that makes any difference.

Usually it will. It reviews the purchase information before you buy it.

Right, we think we've got to the bottom of the VIP pricing issue and a fix is rolling out now. We anticipate that everyone who was previously affected by the issue should have the correct pricing displayed within the next hour. Remember though, the discount only applies if you're a Forza Horizon 2 VIP, NOT a Forza Motorsport 5 VIP.
