egruntz that's definitely some terrible lag. I'm wondering if the servers are overwhelmed right now for whatever reason. That or there is something on your end making you have bad connections. Firewall or anything?
No firewall...I'm testing it with someone who reliably performs well with me and it's working fine. =/ Don't know what the issue is. I'm in SoCal for whatever that's worth. Usually am able to have lagless games with Romance and others.

Shamrock is in the UK and I have great matches with him from Colorado. As such, if he says a connection is bad, I typically place that blame on the other person.

I'm in SoCal as well and play with Shamrock; generally, our connection is pretty solid. Still, my connection is sometimes great with people, and then next time we play it's really shitty, so I'm not sure what the issue is.
However, I've had some lag spikes with Romance so...haha, not sure what factors are happening.
Thanks! You brought up characters that people don't normally use and I'm not used to playing against, great experience tho, unfortunately I have work early in the morning. You're incredibly good tho, have to learn to play against your guys!

Today was laggier than usual for me too so maybe there was something going on?
EDIT: Then again, I live in Chile so lag will be unavoidable haha.

Man, you play the two characters I have the trouble matching up with the most with Yoshi. Diddy's ridiculous uair makes going for Yoshi's uair very dangerous, and Ness' fair out-prioritizes Yoshi's nair. I need to throw more eggs against Diddy... It seems to mess up his approaches.
This is how you get better at the game, so I don't mind getting kicked around every once in awhile.

You have to stop Ness with eggs. You can't let him get near you, so throw eggs and sometimes mix it with dashes and USmash (place below him, since Ness tends to jump for PKFire or FAir spam). I had a fun Yoshi vs Ness match with egruntz that was pretty even like a week ago.
You're right. My problem is that I just play Yoshi waaaaay too aggressively (and charge head-first into people), so I need to utilize his zoning more. I just find throwing eggs kind of cheap and/or I get bored of doing it. It definitely outranges PK Fire, so it should be a good option.
Think I'm going to just practice throwing eggs all next week.

If I play you maybe I won't get my ass kicked sideways that just happened on For Glory. No matter what the hell I did it didn't matter. It was to the point I was getting grabbed out of Dimensional Cape.
And I just can't fight hopping Ikes and Falcons. I just lose.
