Yes, same memory card
works on vita, my save file is there
**Sony Computer Entertainment of America**
They treat products like Microsoft pre-Surface.
Just push it out there and let it exist.
Gamestop, how can you break my heart like this?

Is anyone asked Sony via twitter or mail what's their future plans with support PS tv outside JP? Compatibility is still a joke. What a mess.It sucks that Lumines: Electronic Symphony was patched to have analog controls available in the menus in Japan, but not anywhere else.
Metal Gear Solid: VR missions is compatible
Metal Gear Solid is not.
Damn it.

I did. They basically just killed the question by saying that they do not have information regarding that issue that they could make available to the public.
I will interpret that as "hahaha".
I just tried this on a whim myself and was shocked that it worked. Daughter is playing it right now.
Well that sucks. Looks like I can never exit the game now!
EDIT:
Figured I would test this out.
Quit game and restart: works fine
Quit game, go into suspend, wake: works fine
Quit game, turn off system, turn on system: doesn't work - get incompatibility message
Deleted game, redownloaded: works fine
My system is a US unit connected via ethernet, FWIW.
Oh neat, FF III has been added to the new releases downloads so it looks like it works for real now. Now gimme Castlevania Drac X Chronicles and I will be a happy,
edit: what a joke, same shit happens when I turn it off and on again. Says it's fine upon playing after download. Shut off ps tv and try and am greeted with not compatible message. Ugh
Yay that did it. Thanks!Refresh the live area.
I've received a response from NIS America regarding the whitelisting of Danganronpa. They state that Sony hasn't gotten back in touch with them and probably won't any time soon due to the holidays, so it might take some time before it gets sorted out.
Not sure if I believe that, though Sony doesn't seem to give a shit either.
It's a shame that the touch pad on the PS4 controller can't replicate the touchscreen (or does it?), then another button (L1 or R1) whilst held down flipped it to the rear touch pad. Is far from ideal and would be an issue in various games but you could at least play them.
I thought both Dangan Ronpa games worked on NA Playstation TVs?
Same as Vita, you can at least transfer from a PS3.
I don't own either. Just planning my purchases, but MGS says it's compatible on psn store.
hey guys, i just saw a pstv on boxing day for 80 bucks and i am going to grab it but had a few questions.
Did they fix the stuff like netflix?
Has the streaming been fixed (it would be hardline to hardline)?
Anything else a noob should know?
Does the PS4 controller work well?
I am sure the answers are in this thread somewhere but I am totally out of the loop and want to be sure I am dealing with current info.
Thanks
My answers are in bold. Others will chime in if I didn't answer them fully.hey guys, i just saw a pstv on boxing day for 80 bucks and i am going to grab it but had a few questions.
Did they fix the stuff like netflix? No.
Has the streaming been fixed (it would be hardline to hardline)? I'm assuming you me remote play? I haven't had any issues.
Anything else a noob should know? Not really. It's what exactly what it is. A Playstation that plays a selective amount of games. Just make sure you have a good size memory card inside it. Like a 64GB if you get one of those.
Does the PS4 controller work well? Yes, it does. No problems at all.

thanks for the feedback guys. I can pull my memory card from my vita right and go back and forth?
Do you live in Europe? If so, MGS should be directly downloadable on Vita and presumably PSTV. In North America, you have to transfer it from a PS3 due to reasons unknown.
I just got a Playstation TV for Christmas along with Persona 4 Golden.
So I guess I'm a part of this club now.
I'm probably going to pick up Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited next which will give me several dozen hours worth of RPG to play.
I am probably thinking of checking out the PSP back catalog of games I never got to play as well such as Dissida 012, maybe even Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX for the extra characters, although the lack of versus play is somewhat concerning.
Anyone have a solid recommendation of Vita RPGs or Action games that cannot be experienced on either the PS3 or PS4. If possible I'd try to get titles on the Vita that I can't enjoy on either my PS3 or PS4, so more or less Vita / PSP exclusives that work on the Playstation TV.
Soul Sacrifice Delta is my favorite Vita exclusive that I play on my PS TV. Great production values and fast and fun gameplay. Some of the monster designs are mind boggling. It also has a ridiculously detailed amount of lore and world building. The premise itself is one I haven't seen before is damn interesting. I have heard it called a Monhun game, but as someone who isn't much of a fan of those I absolutely loved this. It's probably because it's so fast and flashy.I just got a Playstation TV for Christmas along with Persona 4 Golden.

There's patches for both Killzone and Borderlands 2 that make them compatible. Both patches add full DS3/DS4 support too so you can use the other buttons that aren't on Vita. Why is killzone mercenary (digital) not supported in the UK?
Also is Borderlands 2 supported in the UK?
Thanks.

Holy crap you just gave me an idea. I have a monitor sitting right here. I can plug my PSTV into my computer monitor and instead of trying to use it on this 42" TV.
