Pretty sure the teams handle it. I could swear I've heard punters talk about overinflating them and trying to sneak them past ref checks so they can get better kicks.

I'm starting to think Brandon Browner has been a sleeper agent this entire time.

Here's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Midway through the year Bill converted Brandon Browner to join the Patriots with a few large briefcases of cash. Bill calls up his pal Roger and tell him to suspend Brandon so Brandon can't play. So now that Brandon has all the free time he can gather info to help the Pats beat the Seahawks in SB48. However Bill didn't expect the Broncos to actually beat the Pats and the plan was derailed. Brandon started to freak out once people were on to him and beg Bill to pull from deep undercover. So after the SB Bill pulls Brandon off the assignment and back into the Pats. Now that Peyton Manning and Luck has failed to stop the Pats, Bill can finally use Brandon's notes from last year vs the Seahawks.
