I still think that George Carlin said the best; the man was a saint. For the most part, words are just words; it's the context that makes them good or bad. The girl got pretty upset. She said that hipster is like saying nigger to a black person. I didn't agree. One is a label used to classify a social occurrence, the other is well, horrible.

Labels are bad, and I probably was a little too glib with them, but what the fuck?
