Not that hard really. Just have to stay on the move and concentrate on one at a time. I beat the caster first as he was always stationary when I run past.

There is an out of reach item that can presumably be reached with a really well timed jump in the "church" area in the building in Old Yarham that the minigun dude sits atop of. Is this item worth it? I am wasting healing items like crazy trying to do the jump, but it is damn hard

Pretty easy if you have low insight. Otherwise their move-set is a little overwhelming.

Not too bad. Make sure you are a decent level. In and out attack style. Keep circling at distance until you isolate one

the gatling gun guy, because HOW THE FUCK DO YOU KILL HIM (I can't get him to fall off the roof, and I do piss damage to him), nor did I kill his annoying friend at the bottom of the tower.

Not sure where to go from here. Every path I've explored seems to lead to a dead end or locked door. Do I need to go back to somewhere?

Also, with regards to the Pthumerian Chalice Dungeon, how do I deal with

gatling guy: sprint up the ladder then sprint in his direction and roll forward. thene 2-3 fast slashes and he should fall off.

in the challice dungeon is one of the toughest and best boss battles in the game IMO, finally beat it. It's like the cleric beast on crack.

when you cross the "bridge" to the tower, go right and around drop onto lower level, follow round and go down the tower interior via planks (workshop is halfway down it as well)

Yep, I'm finally done with the Souls series. I just suck too much at these games. I have been stuck in the first area (Central Yarnham) for 7 hours now. I need "hand holding" in my games. There is no fun to be had for me in these games. They make me rage too much. It's not healthy.

Thanks for the info guys. I just beat them on my first try. I'm proud of myself, though it seems like every one else found them to be easy so I'll lay off patting myself on the back

Keep dodging like mad. Not too difficult but they make you sweat like mad. You will be dodging more than you attack. Be patient.

Ok I'm stuck I've beat darkbeast Paarl, the blood thirsty beast, and the witches... And now I don't know where to go??? Everywhere seems to be a dead end to me right now. The dude in the wheelchair is missing from my hub after telling me to go to the healing workshop? Went there, can't find anything... Hmm
