As long as it's not a fake patch that completely destroys a game balance or a new feature that would take a long of time, Blizzard has a tendency to actually implement a change like this for one day, or even make the joke game they are advertising (like the Flappy Bird clone where you play as Malthael)

They've traditionally been banned because it crowds out other threads and there's very little tolerance in general for stupid jokes of fake Zelda games.
