Literally any machine.

For some reason, I dont believe it works that way. I do not think ultron could lift/use thors hammer and he is all machine. IMO I think its related to consciousness (aka good will/person)

I may be wrong but those are my thoughts.

Isn't Cap like the weakest Avenger? How can he win against Super Hero gods or flying tinmam that shots lasers and rockets?

No, tha'd be Hawkeye, then Black Widow.

Cap has no fatigue and is peak human in all physical and mental capabilities. No god or iron suit, but nothing to sneeze at. Plus indestructible shield.

Cap don't care 'bout power levels, bruh.

Might not be how it works in the MCU, but it is in the comics. Which is why the conversation in the end was so great.

I'm with #IronMan, Cap is the ultimate bro, but he's no fun.

If Marvel is smart and does a "choose your side" marketing campaign then it can get huge!

"Im with Captain America" T-Shirts, debates, fans trying to kill each other, it will be twilight all over again! but good!
may god have mercy on our souls

I really wish they would stick with one costume over the course of a few films. I mean, I understand why they don't, but I feel it's a little silly to have Captain America to inexplicably have a new costume every time we see him on screen. And most of Iron Man's armors have been worse than the one from Iron Man 1.

Caps costume in the OP looks mostly unchanged from Age of Ultron, so it's probably just a minor tweak. Iron Man changing suits every movie makes sense since Stark's toaster breaking would provide him with an excuse to make a new suit.

He used his old costume in TWS, iron Man kept his mark 6 for a big part of Avengers, and used the mark 7 at the start of IM3

Thor's barely changes

With Cap I think they will keep the Age of Ultron costume this time, or at least VERY close to it.

As for Iron Man, I am partial to the Mark VII.

so my belief on the teams

Cap's Team

Widow
Witch
Falcon
Hawkeye
Rhodey (im still 50/50 on him, what side he will choose cap's or his best friend)
VIsion (?)

so basically the new avengers

Tony's team

just iron drones? what heroes will he have? maybe some new guys or something

Black Panther will be a neutral observer

So do we know what that "H" with Iron Man flying through it logo is yet. That's the second time I've sen it, but this is the first time I've seen in in context of Civil War. Maybe some new Stark initiative? Or is it just some website logo?

I could totally see them killing Cap and then using the Soul Stone to bring him back at the end of Infinity War Part 1. Would be a good note to end the first part on and allows them to show off the power of that gem.

Haha yeah but having something man made moving it up or down is different than actually using it or being able to throw it. I think it will always be a grey area in MCU and comics.

Be curious to see what makes people worthy, because there are people who were able to lift and use it in times of need and etc.. Aka superman (and he had cap's shield too).

But I think that the most worthy of it, aka Thor is the only one who is able to use all its power/ability. Others who can lift it, maybe only limited capabilities.

Totally unrelated to the film. It's a company logo from who leaked the picture.

After watching AoU, I'm mostly convinced that Cap could hold his own against Iron Man. He was practically going toe-to-toe with Ultron and tanking laser blasts throughout the film.

If Vision is in Civil War I can see him siding with Tony, he'll consider it logical and safer that Superheroes be held accountable for their actions and governed.

I hope we can sympathize with both Tony and Cap throughout and their reasons for choosing their sides.

Maybe cap ate a lot of spinach before the fight... (cap would understand that reference haha =P)

YAAAASSS.

I never thought they would do this.

IT LOOKS SO FUCKING GOOD.

EDIT:

For those that didn't read the comic books when this happened:

Nitro explodes in a small rural town, kills several Superpowered people and a shit ton of innocent lives. This sparks the whole debate about the danger of Super Powered individuals and eventually Stark heads the whole Registration Initiative. Nick Fury and Cap go underground, and battle lines are drawn. Eventually it comes to a head and Captain America and his team and Iron Man and his team go to war causing even more damage. Eventually, Cap sees the destruction their fighting has caused and gives up after pounding the shit out of Iron Man. They decide to imprison him in the Negative Zone and someone kills him as they are transferring him there. The Registration Act goes into effect but there is still a lot of people who don't like it, loss of freedom, etc.but people want Superpowered individuals to be held accountable., etc.

Thor can just let people use it if he wants. That's what happened with Supes. Cap's just straight up worthy, as is Storm.

Anyone who's worthy can potentially use it to its full extent (Beta Ray Bill, for example), they just generally don't have the experience to do so.

The enchantment was made by an asshole. Who knows. The noblest most righteous god in Asgard can't life it (Balder) but a smartass like Erik Masterson can.

There was a bit in one story where a random paramedic picked up the hammer to hand it back to Thor after a battle, and Thor didn't realise what had happened before he had already walked off without Thor seeing who it was.

You have to be a warrior. Which, along with all of the noble ideals attached to that concept, also means you've gotta be ready and willing to "vanquish" your foes when push comes to shove. It's one of the reasons Supes can't do it.

Why are captain America and iron man fighting? Aren't they friends? Seems dumb. And where are the smiles and jokes? Why are the colors all gone? Way too grimdark. Also, black panther, hawkeye, and widow are all in this? Maybe even Spidey? Talk about a clusterfuck. Shouldn't they all have their own movies first? Marvel has no clue what they're doing. /s

Seriously though I'm really hyped for this. A lot more than avengers 2 (which I'm seeing next weekend).

My most anticipated aspect of this film is seeing what role Winter Soldier will play.

Does Bucky join the good guys?
When will he show up? I'd love if it was halfway or more into the movie, completely unexpected.
Does Bucky become the new Cap, like in the comics?

Balder will cut a motherfucker. But I think folks should stop looking at the textbook definition of worthy, and look at what Odin considers worthy.

I can see Rhodey siding with Tony, since they're buds since forever, plus he works on behalf of the US govt.

Hulk was (Ultron spoilers)
just beaten by Iron Man.

If Iron Man can beat Hulk, and Caps can beat Iron Man, it follows Caps can beat Hulk

The transitivity of ass kicking.

I wonder if the fall building scene is an allution to the falleln avenger tower scene in word war hulk where Hulk
wins over HulkBuster ironman
