I would have to agree with keep the PS4, but i dont think you would regret selling it. Clearly your not enjoying it atm and the games that are about to come out are pretty much the games that are already out. Never the less, its always better to have both.

Both is best (that's what I went with) but if you can only have one, go with Wii U. Then again I'm a Nintendo fanboy.
I have a PS4 and XB1. Family agreed to me off loading the XB1 to get Wii U with Smash, Splatoon, and Mario Kart.
Now if someone from B/S/T thread would bite.

So it just occurred to me: do you have to use the gyro controls to aim, or will you also be able to just use the sticks?
I've heard that the game controls very well from people who have played it at events, but this direct is the first time I've heard that the gyro controls would be used for aiming.

I sincerely doubt that. Using the stick for broad movement and the gyro for fine adjustment will likely be the king maker.

Nah. After playing the game at Pax East it confirmed my suspicions that the gyro controls are pretty fucking awkward. Sticks are the way to go, game feels great with them alone.

You were playing with both gyro and sticks at the same time right? The only reviewer that i remember to really pan the gyro didn't realize you are supposed to use them in conjunction. How long did you play it for?

Hmm can you use the gamepad together with the pro controller then? Like you control your character with pro controller, but other stuffs that require touch screen (super jump for example), you can use the gamepad

Yup. I was super stoked on this but there is no way in hell I am paying $70+ tax on this. I get a 10% employee discount and I STILL don't think I can justify it. Bummer. The game will bomb at this price which is a shame.

It's hard for me to want to keep it when
1. progress on any of the games... no updates and Guerilla has put rivets on the steel plate covering their mouths.
Only a couple or so exclusives I want to play on PS4.
The Tomorrow Children being one of them.

Nintendo should know by now if they think it's a good idea it's not what people want. I have 2 analog sticks for a reason give me the option , I hate gyro controls plus it's another sale for people buying the controller. I understand the jump in thing that's easy to do between lives in menu.
Also to whoever asked you can team up a group of 4 friends and battle others, the groups of 8 are randomized. Unless I heard it wrong in video, I onky part way through but saw it in the coming soon stuff.
It is more than likely team shuffling is design to reduce queue times. The biggest issue with multiplayer queues is having to line up groups of random sizes to fit in to a perfect 4 and 4 set. By shuffling, they just need 8 player in any combination instead of 2 and 2 and 3 and 1 or any other ridiculous variation.

Technically, if you party with eight people you'd be able to do play with them in a team... that's randomly made.

So wait, no party system until August? Guess I won't be buying the game until then, if I even get it at all. Nintendo's half-assed online efforts are getting old.
Again, you can join a party with your friends and play in the same match, but you do not get to pick which team your on until august.

I wouldn't sell it, you know you'll want it back as a main. Check out the BST forum here I've seen nice deals there, also Craigslist or slickdeals. Cheaper getting into it than back into a ps4 later.

I sold as much as possible really. Recently sold my PS3 + all my games since that was literally a dust magnet never being touched. All I have is mt Galaxy Note 8 tablet, PC+2 monitors and a wacom tablet, Vita, HDDs and PS4. Kinda bone dry

Where are people getting this 4 hour thing? I could have sworn the direct said maps get shuffled every hour.
Thing is I'm moving away from all of them. Currently we have 7 adults 1 child. Moving up out of state back to my mom's and starting life really.
Did you watch the Direct? I think the current 4 vs. 4 seems to be brilliantly executed. You play in teams, but the real rewards are based on how well you do as an individual. So you're basically competing both with the other team and your own team members.

Interesting I did the exact opposite. I beat Bloodborne(new game+) and offloaded my ps4. Now I'm down to just my xb1, wii u and pc.
Obviously the game wasn't finished in time. They needed to launch the game because calendar had in some serious gaps. There is zero third party support. This is the best they could do.
Just buy the game in August if it bugs you that much.
I should have done that but the Bloodborne hype has worn off so I don't feel the need to play it now.
