Despite its problems, Master Chief Collection still is the authentic "collection". Uncharted 2 and 3 without their multiplayer and coop is like half the game to me personally.

Gotta agree here. The MCC was broken, for a long time, but, what's to say Uncharted's MP collection would *definitely* have suffered the same fate?

Awesome! Hope they are able to go nuts on the enhancements. Clean the IQ so much there is not a whiff of an aliased object on the screen.

October is getting crowded for me. DQ Heroes, Disgaea 5, Uncharted collection.

Look at some of these posts.

By not putting MP into the remasters, its not doing anything to change these people.

There might just be a third category of people out there: those who are big fans of Uncharted and don't care about MP at all. Like me.

I've only ever had good experiences with games handled by Bluepoint, so this might just be a "Day 1" purchase for me.

Amazing. Easy purchase! I don't care about multiplayer, I thought it was shite anyway. The campaigns are where it shines.
 
I usually despise remasters but I'm tempted by this. Uncharted 2 is a superb game and I wouldn't mind replaying it.

I was hoping there would at least be U2 MP.
 
Wait, there's no multiplayer? That's actually great, I've played my share of UC2 which was fantastic but it means I can finally plat UC3.
 
Sorry if this has been posted here before, but what work has Bluepoint done in the past? First I've heard of them.

I'm a little bummed about no MP (Uncharted 2's was so, so good), but it makes sense in terms of download/install size. Plus, we'd theoretically be getting an Uncharted MP experience in Uncharted 4 whenever it ships--makes sense not to split the player base.

(Insert won't-be-as-bad-as-MCC-since-there's-no-multiplayer joke here)
 
I never played 1 or 3 so I guess this is a good thing for me. I don't remember why I only played 2. I think I saw it on the rental shelf and rented it after checking reviews.

I'm buying it, just not day 1. That's what I meant basically.

Woohoo! I never played any of the previous games but always wanted to. Seems like the perfect title has just been created for me.

I'm interested to see what the graphical improvements included. As in is there significant texture, model and technical improvements to all the games or more of a port and upscale.

Yup,its dissapointing atleast one of the multiplayers should have been included. i didnt play 3s much but i would have love to have tried out 2s.
 
No multiplayer means I won't have to mess around with it to get all the trophies and plat each game (I'm assuming all the MP trophies they patch in would just be in the base game and count for the plat). This is a good thing. Assassin's Creed, when you eventually do your collection, take note.
 
It's kind of a rip that multiplayer isn't included. For much of UC-GAF it's a huge part of UC2 and UC3. Good times were had my with my UC-bros, good times indeed.

Well one good thing about this is how many used copies there will be eventually to pick up cheaper. I guess if they had mucked it up like Halo, the reception to 4, which is just around the corner could've been awful. However unlike Halo, its only one studio, (and a very talented port studio at that), working on the collection.

Just seems like a wasted opportunity and a travesty of an authentic re-experience of the trilogy. Some of the best moments I've had in Uncharted were in coop.

Such a shame the industry is going in this path, then again people are willing to pay for incomplete products, so I guess I can't blame the developers and publishers entirely.

Shame about the lack of MP though. I don't care about it myself, but I sympathises for it's disappointed fans.

Improved lighting, textures, models? Check
Photo Mode? Check
Quality port team (Bluepoint Games)? Check
Bonus UC4 MP beta access? Check

Uncharted is easily my favorite series from last gen. Sony/ND looks to be making a high quality collection. It will likely be $60 retail, but for all three games that is a good value.

UC: NDC pre-ordered? Check
 
UC2 multiplayer was the main reason I was planning to get this, it's my favourite from last gen. Really bummed. Much as I love them don't feel much of an impulse to play the single players again and don't think I can justify full price just for that beta. :(
