I find it weird Junior members are actually asking for help. You think about it, but if you joined. It means you lurked prior... Probably for a few months. Since all you could do was read the threads. So you should have an idea already about what is allowed, what isn't, joke posters(Both the serious and non serious ones)/Topics to avoid, and so forth. I'd think they probably be better than most members at it since all they can do is observe. :lol

Of course there are a few certain rules you have to find out once you joined.

If you have FF you could block the source...that could result in the loss of some other avatars though.

Not sure if there's a way to block just one persons avatar.

If you have Firefox, use Adblock. Just as an example, I have it set to not block anything on Neogaf, but if I see an icon / photo that isn't appropriate for the setting I'm in, I right-click and choose to block the image.
