Fighting Games Weekly | Jul 6-12 | Freuds Among Us

I think you're selling him short here considering what he was up against and where he was (EVO). Unless we watched something different I don't see how he was acting like a fool. I only heard one or two curses and it was honestly pretty controlled considering how much passion he clearly has for fighting games (you can hear it when he talks that he loves fighting games).

Outside of the short 10 second or so segment where he was pissed at losing (considering what he was up against and this being EVO, this is completely understandable) I thought he was very well composed.
He was just rowdy. I just found it funny and in contrast to his standard demeanor here.

Passion is good, it wasn't a slight....

Paradigm... Use the rocket man or at least dorm/missiles
That said priest has a lot of characters. His mags is really nice.

Yo clock vs neo aka the reason why I got into marvel!
Good stuff clock!

I still don't believe that Killer Kai is a real person. Something unsettling about his facial expressions, something insincere or even inhuman. And he plays a robot character?

Wake up, sheeple.

OMG the throw punish on the Spiral Swords teleport pressure?

That's some REAL tech right there!

Looks like it's going to be a Cloud, Chris and Clockwork top 3 as expected.

the way he did that kinda awkward half-way one arm hug there? it was like "hmm i saw this in a human video one time I think this is how it works?" all wide eyes and unnatural head movements

like he learned human behavior in a dictionary

Priest has been amazing this tournament. His play has been immaculate and has been playing a pure keep away team throughout. Extremely solid MODOK play.

Clockwork's team is very susceptible to XF1 because if Clockwork burns XF to beat it he loses a lot of potency for the rest of his team (no XF for Vergil or Strider). And Vergil himself can easily be XF out of pretty much anything he does.

His sclera are freakishly large

That match felt like Marvel devolved with the level of play at display. Just raw ass buttons and not giving a fuck. Such a difference from that Priest Paradigm match.

Yeah, tekken 7 cabs running right now at round one. Not sure how long the location test is running for but I would go within this week if you wanna play the game just in case.
I posted in TT2 thread that I went weekend of 4th and wasn't there yet. I went one week too early. Thank you for the info.

someone just ruined Dudley in 3s for me...forever

look at his legs

I think he spins so quickly that it just LOOKS like his legs switch positions.

Or at least, that's probably what the animator was going for...

Great Grand Finals. Second to last game was so smart with Chris G locking Zero down to finish him off.

Chris looking like his old self putting all his effort into this and looking visibly into it.

Surprised Cloud pulled out point Dante on ChrisG at Curleh as opposed to saving it for EVO.

That's some Justin Wong tech right there. Almost worked out for him.

that was the most marvel of tournaments

a nice mix of unique teams and clean play and then vergil busts through the wall and starts tossing troughs of pig slop
