I have the same acreage about and own a Husqvarna with a Honda motor. It's amazing. Makes it enjoyable to cut the grass. Starts every single pull first time.

Is $300 about the average for a decent mower? I wanted to keep it closer to $200 but they look like shit. Then again, I am all new to this so what do I know.

This gif is old and overused, but I think its worth dusting off since it fits this perfectly...

I love you, Neogaf.

Any impressions on the regular entry level Kindle? Its only $50 with Ads. I'm tempted to pick one up for my parents. Is there a way to change the country of the Amazon/Kindle Store on it?

I like it, though I came from one of the first gen sony ereaders so was easily impressed when it didn't take two seconds to flip pages.

Kindle is fine though =]

I don't know what people were expecting. Amazon's advertising was more deals than Black Friday. Not better deals than Black Friday.

Well in a few minutes I can get some boxers or socks and all this having stayed up late will have been completely worth it

I was mostly in for some deals on some audio recording equipment of sorts. If anybody sees anything of note, please let me know.

Worthy mention: $10 credit if you sign up for a Subscribe and Save using their code. Just signed up to SNS on my protein powder purchases and my first delivery will be $10 off -- not bad!

This sale wasn't worth the 5 minutes I spent making a new account for the Prime trial.

To be fair, I can see myself getting a kindle reader just for fucks sake. Does it do anything other than opening .epubs?

My parents bought one for mid 500 probably 15 years ago and its what I used until I got this new one. It still ran it just was shall we say particular about how well she wanted to run. Spend the extra money rather then buying a new one every couple of years. At least that's how I see it.

Most of the cheaper ones have crap wheels or drive belts that come off and it's just annoying. I'd rather spend an extra $100-200 not to be inconvenienced.

Yes you can change region. In fact, I've heard that if you buy a US Kindle and then leave the country, Amazon will remove the ads for you for free if you message their support.

I'd highly suggest waiting to see if they put the Kindle Paperwhite on sale. I had an original Kindle but the Paperwhite is much much better.

As was pointed out before the deals started, yes. Why not hope for the best though? AIM FOR THE STARS TOKI767!

I know this took a lot of work for you Trojita. Thx for making it easy for us and consolidating all this info in one place.

I would have preferred it in spreadsheet form but this is better than nothing I guess.

Nice, I looked at the Paperwhite and it think the backlight alone sounds like a huge addition.

I don't ask for much Amazon, a nice SSD or External would have been cool. Some sort of attempt at a real videogames deal. Hell I'll even some fucking nice pens on sale and I would have been fine.

You're giving me nothing to work with Amazon. Did you even want my money? I stapled Credit Cards to the back of my hands for nothing? Amazon please. You barely had to even try and you're still failing.

Thank you Amazon, I can work with this.
