Is the Kindle e-ink 6" worth it for $49? Or should I buy the paper white for $109? I'm wondering if maybe 6" is too small...

Get the Paperwhite - it's maybe the most perfectly designed electronic device I've ever owned. I have the second generation but I'm sure the third is great as well. Check out the warehouse Deals section and see if you can snag a cheap one - my experience is that Amazon is very conservative with their condition labels in the warehouse deals so if you look for one that is 'good' or 'very good' it might in fact be basically untouched.

Plus, Warehouse deals is 15% off for Prime members today.

Yeah, that one is 60 Hz and no 3D compared to a 120 Hz and 3D capable.
Nice to see them becoming affordable though. $1000 is about my price for a 50 inch TV.

Awesome! Thanks for the advice. Been having difficulty reading on my iPad, and as I understand reading on an LCD screen tires a person out, so I've been considering the Kindle instead.

Your TV will refresh @60hz and it will display 120hz or whatever but your GPU will not come close to pushing out 60fps.

Also, your GPU has to support HDMI 2.0 to even get 60fps.

From all the research I've done these Blu-Rays are the definitive (as in, last you'll need) version of the movies. I was in the same boat and bought them this morning.

less than 40ms from my searching. Which seems to be "great".

The only downside is each movie is 2 disks. Other than that, I love them. Im not a hardcore nut that you would find on AVS or something, but Im also not blind. Im very happy with them.
