Building on 2nd place in the 32nd Ludum Dare and made with nostalgic 30 somethings in mind, Badass Inc. is a point and click action game that will take you back.

You're a contract killer; a sleek, stylish, feline predator that trades in scalps and briefcases full of cash. Your mission: eliminate a target for Ludum-Tek in an "unconventional way".

Packing pixelart and a brooding soundtrack, Badass plunges you into a city wracked with desperation. Revel in the apathy of the protagonist as you work through situational puzzles, interspersed with cinematic action scenes and tense shootouts. It's an in and out job, take out the target and get paid, right?

It's short but really good and the music is fantastic!

Hit and miss dialogue aside, those were the most badass 10 minutes in pixel art I've had since The Last Night.

Looks like a awesome game and I really love all kinds of Cyberpunk media. Too bad the game doesn't work right for me. Seem like I have encountered some kind of bug. I can't duck down behind the force field.

edit: Also I can't use "a" to use stuff and skip the dialogue, it's "space" for me.

Fun little game but as has already been said, horrible dialogue. I'd love to see this get made into a full-length game.

Wow, this felt like it was made for me personally. Didn't realize a full game was in the plans until I finished it.

We need more point-and-clicks like this one. The environments in Wadjet Eye games usually look flat anyway, might as well make them side-scrolling like in Badass Inc. Then you also don't have the problem of character sprites looking horrible when their sizes change as they move around the background.
