I bet a big chunk of that 20 million wouldn't vote for someone who's advocating for the repeal of their healthcare.
edit: I do agree with the poster below though. Unlike most of the other Republican candidates, when he speaks he sounds like he's speaking off the cuff and not completely memorized. Not an eloquent speaker by any means, it's just that it at least sounds somewhat natural.

Trump is on fire as usual. His speeches seem completely improvised and yet he hits all the right notes. It's funny how he talks inside politics/business at the same time as throwing around red meat and sometimes the audience doesn't quite know what to do but cheer at the right time anyways.

I'm still secretly hoping Jon Stewart will run for president now that he's done with the Daily Show. He won't, and he shouldn't, but it would be such a delicious foil for Trump during the elections.
