Personally I love that they're making so many more new characters, it's a welcoming feeling. Not to mention it's pretty brave on their part. I wouldn't call him lazy at all, it's just a new character that we haven't warmed up to yet. The same things were said about multiple new characters in SFIV, it will subside in due time. Personally I don't think we need more characters with eyebrow / labret piercings, it screams 90's numetal to me. Duck King though, he was too funky to knock on.

Seems ok, looks like he has a multi-directional fireball like Juri maybe? At point in that short video, a fireball goes up about 45 degrees rather than straight across.

I don't know if I'd say the design was lazy, they do try and be pretty 'iconic' to the region of the fighter, so there's usually some stereotyping going on with SF designs. Also, maybe I'm stupid but I thought "Rashid" was going to be female, doh!

I think this pretty much confirms the rumoured new characters now one of them has turned out to be correct.
