I like the diversity of the cast of SFV and instead of having a variation of Shotos. SF4 tried this but a lot of characters felt like they don't belong in the game.

Rashid looks to be an instant classic (I know) and an all time fav of fans, Day 1. I can't say I've been a big fan of the redesigns or Necalli's regular form but this design is flat out ace.

Aegis Tornado seems to be his V-Trigger. Don't know about his V-Skill but it could be that counter where he teleports behind the opponent when hit (like Juri).
Tornado is trigger while Skill seems to be a dodge/quick-roll move.

Looks good so far in terms of design, although most of Capcom's new characters in SF4 ended up being pretty disappointing over time in other ways, so I'm cautiously optimistic.

V-Trigger is the Tornado. The roll seems to be his V-Reversal. V-Skill I dunno.
The yelling is in his Japanese voice. For whatever reason, they only gave us his English voice (which I believe is Space Dandy) for the intro animation.

The roll isn't the V-Reversal, he does it out of block stun to go under Ryu's fireball.
His V-Reversal seems to be rolling through the opponent and kicking them from the other side.

His design is fairly generic but he looks cool in action.
To be fair it's difficult to make a design that reads as Arab without resorting to generic clothing.
Compared to Shaheen his thobe/kandoora/dress is more accurate, but his shimagh/ghutra/headdress game is as bad as Ono when compared to Harada:
It might be the transliteration that is not accurate. I mean my preferred transliteration for my own name leads to people mispronouncing it (coincidentally also due to using an I instead of double Es).

Its too bad I couldnt find a gif of the older version of the move as it has more of the spinning effect like what was shown in this trailer.
