Rashid looks cool. Far more interesting than the other character that they introduced that goes Super Saiyan and R.Mika.
Each time I see his face, I get disappointed in the game.

His strategy seems to be put as much shit on the screen as possible to mix them up by Rolling/cross ups/ dive kick/ jump over/ Corner control.
I say it does. His outfit has plenty of high-tech stuff in it. Even his headgear has little lights and an antenna on it!
Why not? It would be a perfect way to freshen him up. I mean if Bison can live without Psycho Crusher why not Urien?

Yeah, he seems like a bored saudi prince who has all the things money can buy so he wants to fight for some excitement. So the gadgets make sense.
Tbh I wish he pulled up in a supercar, gaudier than Dudley's RR.
Edit: Also, I'm glad he's got easy projectile nullifiers. The more of these I see, the more I can rest assured that lame ass 2 move Guile is sitting this one out.

Oh ok, I thought you meant eliminating him as a possible candidate for the roster. But yeah, a revamped Urien sounds cool as well. As long as they do a great job like they did with Bison and R.Mika. But still... Aegis Reflector is just so Urien!

Also you guys really need to calm down and just get over the fact that a roster isn't going to have everyone you want in it. You all sound like babies. You can find someone to enjoy in the final cast I am sure. Then again these are the same people that will complain that they won't buy the game if they don't get 1 character.

I fear we might have to be prepared to only get such things in character promo art, not as actual stages.
But then again, let's hope they have simply not given development priority to the stages yet, hence why we've only seen 3.5, and that such a desert stage (or New York stage as shown for Ken, etc, etc.) will make it in eventually.

Necalli was the one newcomer that Ken Bogard didn't know about. With the reveal of Rashid, we know that his info on the newcomers that he did know about (Zen, Laura, & the recently-revealed Rashid) was legit.
Maybe it's because I don't watch/play enough 4, but he seems like Fuerte + Twelve to me.

They said that we have to play story to find out where he came from? The stage in his announcement trailer and background of the official concept art were inspired by New Zealand but we don't know where Necalli came from tho.

Capcom predates Dragonball. It was named after capsule computers, which is what they called arcade machines.
