Went through my DLC, some songs in there that I would not mind having. But overall I'm quite satisfied with what I have. I'm not too bothered missing a few of them.

I'll go through the list perhaps and spend something but nothing too crazy. Switched my locale back to EU so I no longer have the luxury of paying in $$$ which would be a steal.
 
So no news on how and when we get to play our RB1, 2 and Blitz exports, huh?
 
At this point, at least on the a UK PS4 account do the tracks have to be downloaded through the console store, or can I get them through the web store? I'm away for the weekend and can't use my PS4 and nothing is showing on the UK store, at least not the mobile store. They just not up in the UK yet or are they just not showing on this store?
 
I'm confused. Is the 50% off DLC sale supposedly to only be visible on Xbox 360s and PS3s? The DLC tracks show up as $1.99 for me on the Xbox Store website. I was hoping to download some tracks that I may have missed since I sold my 360 years ago.

Im on the PSN Web Store right now finishing up my list. So at least on PSN you can, I assume you can do the same.

They're not up for anyone on PlayStation, even in the US. Seeing as how it took them five months to get the 5 DLC songs that came out this year on the UK PSN store and that there's no RB4 digital pre order either, I have little faith that the legacy DLC will be up before 2017. Hope I'm wrong.

Note DLC sale that has been going on for the last 3 years will end Oct 6th. I suggest people go through the DLC list and see if they want. Easy list can be used on wiki here:

can't we just do it from Xbox website marketplace and just queue them? It would be A LOT faster i think...
 
Went through the RB4 add-ons list, and plenty of the songs I bought still aren't available for download. Are they still updating the list in waves, or are is this all we have for now?

Edit: Songs appear on the site, but not on the XBox marketplace list of add-ons? Will try searching for an individual track (though holy shit, if that's what's required for DLC import... Jesus)

Is this first confirmation that new dlc price is not increasing?

If there is, maybe it's only for people in the USA? I have a digital pre-order, but I'm in Canada and I'm only seeing what you're seeing as well. Harmonix might have just jumped the gun for PSN and it'll go live later in the day, maybe.

If you used the export code, then it is already on your account. No need to get another code. Just pay for the export (if you haven't already done so).

So if I buy DLC right now on my 360 will I be able to download it to my XBOX1 for free? The reason I'm asking is because singles are $1.00 on 360 right now vs. $1.99

I wouldn't risk buying them until we get official word from Harmonix.
 
I'm on Xbox One and for some songs they ask me to pay again. This isn't going to be the same crap as with DOA5 Ultimate, I hope, where I had to wait weeks to download content I already owned. :(
 
Didn't they say that if you've bought the delisted songs before, you'll be able to play them in RB4? So that's probably why those delisted songs show up.

Wouldn't reselling the delisted songs be a huge legal no-go-zone for Harmonix? Unless they actually reclaimed the rights to all that content, they'd be putting themselves in a sour spot if it was possible to purchase it now.

They are in my 360 purchase list, but not showing up as free.
 
Reading this thread makes me :( Had RB1, RB2 and RB3 on 360 (with a load of DLC) but have a PS4 now... so I lose access to my guitar and all the songs I had if I buy this version.

I know I could re-buy the stuff I had if/when they make it available but that would cost too much, as would buying an Xbox One just for one game.
 
What are the chances of them selling the drums separately or doing a game + drums SKU?

I don't want to start buying DLC if all I can ever do for drums is buy the band in a box bullshit.

I'm in the same boat as you.
 
So is the ability to create band members to use as stand-ins for the various instruments out? There seems to be some confusion on the Harmonix forums as to whether or not you can actually create a band, or whether you can only create a character for your instrument of choice and the remaining band members are filled in with defaults.
 
Really bummed out to not be joining in for the launch. Hopefully one day Harmonix, ION, or whoever else comes up with a method to use IONs on Xbox One that doesn't involve soldering. Until then hopefully the game turns out pretty well for those that are jumping on board.
 
When does the OT go up? We need one just so we can put all the questions being asked a million times in the OP (or a mod could edit this one for now).
