It's simply sending an e-mail to gafconfess@gmail.com.

If you want to be anonymous, just create a new throwaway e-mail address and send it there. The only person who reads the e-mails sent to that account is NTGYK, and I doubt he's going to try to track you down unless you confess to something that's super illegal. He'll just read the e-mail and post it here.

That's what I did the one time I sent a confession. The strange thing is that I didn't even send anything super bad or even that messed up.
