As a western DQ fan I might be ready to forgive SE for the last couple years. DQ Heroes on Steam and both 3DS remakes.

Awesome! I've actually never played DQ7 and I bought DQ8 but didn't get to play it due to the fact I traded my PS2 in before I moved in summer 2007 (my wife and I moved from Florida to Chicago in my Mini Cooper). Thought I'd play it on the PS3 when I eventually bought it.. oops @ BC removal.

Dragon Quest VII is the happiest (and most relieved) I've been for a game announcement in a long time. I've always wanted to play it so bad, but it's really hard to track down a PSX copy.
