Looks hype overall but the CG at the end was jaaaank, and this is coming from someone who can normally never notice CGI. I'm confident that will be fixed later though.
Scarlet With and Quicksilver are shared properties. Spend more time with the Avengers than the X Men in thebooks.
Personally I think Beast is a better Avengerbthan X man

That's what surprised me, honestly. Not trying to be mean, just genuinely surprised about it since there have been endless MCU threads during the Spring and Summer.
One of those characters is dead, Thor is going off into space for Ragnarok and Hulk is missing (most likely with Hulk)
Vision is team Stark, Thor is in space, Hulk is in exile, and Quicksliver is...on vacation.

I assume that the film would use the whole thing as a vessel to the theme of accountability and whatnot. However, Bucky being the impetus of the "civil war", all the way to a whole "I thought we were friends" dialogue, makes the trailer somewhat unexciting to me.
Cap is a super soldier.
Shit, he survived this fall, for starters:
If the movies were consistent about the properties of the shield, then that scene would actually make sense.

Well she's a major character in that and joined the avengers near the end. And yes Marvel can use her, we've known that much for years, they just can't call her a mutant or say she's magneto's daughter.

I keep thinking Marvel wanted Wanda and FOX wanted Pierto hence why MCU Quicksilver is axed,
King TChaka Black Panthers father is murdered by Klaw the character Marvel just spent 15 minutes in Ultron introducing. Why bring that character in if you are going to steal his most dominant arc? Also, eliminating TChaka as a throwaway bit of motivation on Civil War removes the impact that the character can have in the eventual Black Panther movie, which is scheduled to hit theaters in 2018. Id be very surprised if Marvel played that card this soon, especially as there have been casting rumors for TChaka already. I really dont think hell be dead, killed at the hands of The Winter Soldier.
It seems like Cap and Falcon will need to find Bucky first, because the Panther is on the prowl.
And I actually watched aou, lol. I didn't fall asleep either, I swear. I do recall saying when I left out "it wasn't terrible, but it was very forgettable."

Russos Cap is pretty OP. This is the guy who sends enemies flying with a single kick, can tank massive falls without injuries, take the brunt of a grenade blast and then survive crashing through a bus as the bus crashes

Marvel is seriously killing it with everything they do. People will say whatever when it comes to super-hero movie fatigue, but for someone like me who loves this stuff, Marvel is delivering quality stuff one film/tv show after the other. Daredevil and Jessica Jones are amazing, and the fact that everything is connected is mind-blowing.
I can't wait to see the theater erupt when Spider-Man first appears on screen.
