it will be Strange watching Cumberbatch outact the rest of the Marvel cast against the wall when the next Avengers comes out

The DC Cinematic Universe is that way. ----> :p

Jared Stevens will be the DCU Dr.Fate

To be fair, Adam Warlock doesn't necessarily need the Soul Stone. Didn't he go without it in the 2008 run of Guardians (where Gunn pulls most of his stuff for the movies, if he pulls anything from the comics)?

Worse incarnation of Adam Warlock ever. Fuck that quantum magic bullshit right in the ear

He doesn't need it, being what he is, he is already poweriful. But he didn't come into his own until he had it.

I think that looks pretty badass as someone who knows who Doctor Strange is but not much more. The high collar is so clutch. Cumberbund is such a baller.

So, where does Mikkelsen’s antagonist fit in, exactly? “Mads’ character is a sorcerer who breaks off into his own sect,” says the Marvel Studios boss. “[He] believes that the Ancient One is just protecting her own power base and that the world may be better off if we were to allow some of these other things through.”

Huh. Not Dormammu eh?

Echoes my sentiments as well, looks pretty badass to me. Knowing Doctor Strange from the cartoons & comics though, Cumberbatch's beard could be a tad thicker, but he looks the part and I'm liking the white in hair.

Other than the character of Doctor Strange himself, I have no knowledge of his story or villians, so this is Guardians of the Galaxy Pt. 2 for me.

...so who are McAdams and Mikkelsen playing? Says that's in the magazine.

Although Broussard and Feige are happy to talk about the nature of Mikkelsen’s role, they are not, at present, revealing the actual name of his character. “I’ve seen lots of names thrown around,” says Broussard. “No one has quite picked the name that we’ve chosen for him. It would be fun to conceal that, if we can.”
