Which if anybody swings by the community thread during the season as a new soul, people usually will welcome them and explain what it means.

We have a core set of regulars, but I think we get a bad rap as being insular when some of us try to actively go against that. Because as we all saw in the NBA thread it can become toxic.

We don't want that in the thread obviously, but it's a loosely held group of people so you'll get a mixed bag.

We weren't toxic in the glory years. 2005-2011 were the best years on NBA-GAF.

Haven't really been over there since the regulars all took off.

And yeah, you have certain people (I think that person knows who they are) that are reduced to name calling and keyboard commando tactics in the NFL thread.

I don't think that was the network broadcast from either CBS or NBC though was it? Thought it was footage from NFL Films, which was separate from either the NBC or CBS footage/playcalling.
