Leaks deflate the hype. Also, it was announced yesterday. Usually, we know about directs a week in advance, so it gives plenty of time for hype and theories to build up.

I have it on the Wii, but really I just would love it if they brought it over to the N3DS VC (if the leak is indeed legit). The other games just never really hooked me in like SMRPG did. Though I really have 0 expectations for a sequel to that game to EVER happen.

Yeah, it's on the Wii VC. Squenix really dragged their feet on VC outside of Japan for Wii U.

Hopefully a new Wii U game will be announced and its a JRPG. That would make the Direct a megaton for me. Even something like Harvest Moon on Wii U would be great.

They're just now finishing development of their new 3ds Story of Seasons so I'm not sure they'd even be able to launch a Wii U one if they wanted to

also, when the Direct was announced I was 100% expecting the Mother 3 announcement, but now I'm thinking they're gonna save it for E3 to steal some headlines.
hopefully we'll get a look at the new Paper Mario tho... or that'll be E3 too. shit, I dunno why they'd blow their load revealing anything in this direct with E3 pretty close.
