"I don't know where he was when I was trying to get health care in '93 and '94," a fired up @HillaryClinton says of Sanders.

As Clinton has discovered recently, the Internet age means instant fact checking. Whether she is talking about Bernie's record or Nancy Reagan's efforts (or lack thereof) to help those with HIV, the Internet fact checkers have their fingers poised over the keyboard ready to correct any claim.

And this time, Bernie Sanders' rapid response director Mike Casca struck gold. Because where was Bernie? He was standing right behind her in December 1993 when she gave a speech about health care reform at Dartmouth College, as seen in this C-SPAN footage.

An image of the two democratic candidates from 1993 and signed by Clinton also surfaced on Twitter. Clinton's handwritten message to Sanders, in part, reads: "thanks for your commitment to real health care access for all Americans." Ouch.

"Another problem w/ Clinton ?ing where Sanders was in 93 on healthcare: This had written thank you she wrote him. pic.twitter.com/XqRnIoeOym"

"To Bernie Sanders, with thanks for your commitment to real health care access for all Americans and best wishes"
-Hillary Rodham Clinton 1993

She personally thanks him in the video: http://www.c-span.org/video/?c4536221/hillary-clinton-bernie-sanders-1993
"I'm grateful congressman Sanders could join us here today"

Here is a tweet with a video of both Hillary's recent statement and the vid you are linking: https://twitter.com/bubbaprog/status/708776725644189697

Seems fair to say he was working on healthcare reform as well, not just standing at speeches.

Looking forward to the response about how she misspoke, and she doesn't know where Bernie was when she was landing under sniper fire in Bosnia, but she certainly does remember him being there for Health Care.

I'm a Bernie fan who thought I'd still be happy with Hilary. But I'm starting to feel it less and less with Hilary....between dumb shit like this and her comment to Obama about Assad....I dunno.

Has Hillary seen a doctor lately? It sounds like she's been getting hit with memory problems that could use an examination.

If Bernie Sanders was standing right behind Hillary Clinton, why does he try to position her as being against universal healthcare every chance he gets? Could it be, possibly, a dishonest attack?

That's what she meant with the line. Not that Bernie Sanders literally wasn't there.

Did you see the other image linked where she personally wrote him a thank you letter? Good pivot though, you should write her speeches.

Hmm, if that was the intention she probably should of worded it better.

No doubt it was a gaffe, right?
