Give these poor Bernie supporters on Reddit and all over the internet that are saying they won't vote or vote Trump a break.

This is what happens when you become so emotionally invested in a candidate and they don't win...you feel hopeless afterwards. Thankfully they'll have a lot of time from now until November to come around and accept Hillary as their candidate.

There's a decent shot that she's a one termer. We haven't had a party hold the White House for more than 12 years since Roosevelt-Truman. I mean, unless the Republicans spend the next four years not getting their shit together, which is totally a possibility.

We haven't a party collapse this utterly since the Federalist party in 1814. The single party domination that resulted lasted for 40+ years.

Obama's lead over Clinton around this point in the game was about 140 pledged delegates.

Clinton's over Sanders after tonight will be at least 300.

The gig's up Bernie
A telling stat. It's done. Not sure how Bernie could keep asking for money from people and not feel guilty about it. That being said, he was needed. He has brought up a lot of great issues that Hillary needs to be challenged on and the overall party needs to start moving towards.

Bernie should dropout tonight. He also needs to tell all his supporters that he is 100% behind Hillary for the GE and anyone who even sort of believes in his ideals should be too. I think Hillary is slimy as hell, but there is no other option that makes sense than to vote for her. A vote for her is a vote for a more progressive Supreme Court, which is what the country will need 8 years from now in order to ensure Bernie 2.0 or whatever can continue in the direction of democratic socialism.

Nah, the money issue is too divisive

Bernie supporters should take their ball and go home, why would we support a Democrat with a superpac in 2016

It's going to be comedy gold at the convention. The thing has fallen apart, the 40 years they've spent selling their souls since Reagan came to power are finally coming home to roost.

What if trump Brokers a deal to make Kasich a VP candidate???
- You need OH to win the presidency
- Trump already said that he is looking for a traditional person for his VP spot.
- he has an 80% approval rating there so they love him

He doesn't need to make a deal. By the convention he'll be the only establishment candidate left so why deal for the VP slot when you can outright steal the candidacy?

Agreed. Some people need to open up and feel some sympathy, even if those breaking down seem silly as shit. I'm pretty broken myself right now, but just gotta tough it out.

In a weird way, it feels good to realize you care enough to hurt.

This is the night that Hillary Clinton took the Sanders campaign and suplexed it to death.

Time to drop out Bernie, the dream is dead.

Sanders as VP would be dumb, there are other VP's that would do more for her and the amount of Bernie supporters who would flip on Hillary is smaller than the amount of voters who said "anyonebutObama" in 2008 when Hillary lost

I agree on that too.
I would just like sanders somewhere in there.

My mother wants them to have a ticket so that influenced my previous post

Sanders fans finally entering what they should have entered after the first super tuesday.

Depression.

Hopefully by the convention, they'll hit acceptance and not vote for Trump. Because the irony of voting for Trump out of spite is just...

Delicious.
