Necalli can be just as dangerous as Laura or Mika in the corner. He has a command grab, a 3 frame jab, a DP, a move that can charge through fireballs and fang traps, 3 CCs (not counting cr.HK), AN OVERHEAD THAT CCs, A V-skill that gives a ludicrous amount of V-meter for how difficult it is to react to (it gives less v-meter on block but it still gives it) and his V-Trigger just makes him flat out better and makes his combos even harder hitting. EDIT: and a divekick.
His stubby normals aren't the problem, the only thing I would nerf is his insane ability to build up V-meter, possibly faster than any other character in some situations.

The brackets were lopsided in terms of strength. I think Justin has proven himself to be one of the best players along with Snake, Rog, Champ, and Chris T. Look who Kazunoko lost to. Haitani and Mago.
