I was more addressing the term.

I say this knowing what Hillary did was dumb, but not illegal. She should be bodied under the idea what she did was secure, as even Edward Snowden called her out on that. But that's it.

Why is it still a thing with her?

I've been seeing it for a while, it really seems like a simplistic argument meant to hand wave away the fact that the guy who people have been holding up as the "last true progressive" has some really troubling views/history on gun control. That liberals are defending something like this must put the biggest smile on the NRA's face.

I'm really looking forward to hearing both democratic candidates talk about climate change and the environment. It is arguably one of the most important issues facing the human species, not just Americans.

And I'm sorry Bernie I don't believe "superpredator" to be a racist term, I just don't. I have not much in common with the black gangbangers and murderers except the color of my skin. I've had this argument IRL several times. I've tried to view it through the lens that gang life must have been the dominant path to success for many people that lived in those conditions but I also know that when you kill as an adult you know, you know it's wrong, your family knows it's wrong, your community knows it's wrong. If that's the easier path, pick the hard one.

Do people even blame for that thing ultimately? She was First Lady. Not a member of congress, etc. Who in their right mind actually holds that against her? I never got the impression that people did. Am I wrong?

It seems kind of hard to sway voters by saying "Yes, she's saying these things and her records show these things, but she took some money and that might cause her to make bad decisions"

It's not really saying anything about her and why she's wrong other than "maybe she might do something bad, who knows?" which isn't a strong stance at all.

Guns are legal. Why should you be held accountable for acting legally and responsibly? He said that if gun shop owners recklessly sell guns, they should be held accountable.

What is wrong with that? You can't just sue everybody for everything.

I'm surprised that so many people believe the PLCAA does more than what it actually does.

It shields gun manufacturers and gun shop owners from being sued for criminal activities unless the manufacturer or the owner explicitly know the gun will be used for crime.

There is no anti-reason being used. She did nothing different then everyone before here, it was not until Kerry took SOS that email had to be in house. Additionally there was not a single confidential thing sent over email. Have you actually looked at what the typical email sent was?

If Bernie were better with specifics in explanations he'd be doing a lot better. He just comes off as unprofessional unfortunately.

She's not promising a revolution. She can also be trusted on knowing how to actually run a government. Bernie doesn't even know how the finance industry works, or why Saudi Arabia and Iran won't work together, I don't know why people trust him to run a country

So basically you are saying pull yourself up by the bootstraps... Recent research suggests poverty and chronic stress leads to brain damage especially in prefrontal cortex which is the decision center. Free will is not as free as it feels.

My point of anti-reason was that it's been made into a hot button issue by Regressives.

Anti-reason is specifically the Republican party. I'm not saying you're pulling it, or it's a trick. It's just making mountains out of thoughts.
