Acceptable? I think all killing is bad. I'm just saying, in that situation, its the result of many factors and not really because tons of people who happen to be poor and black just happen to make the choice to kill a lot. I don't really believe in free will (evidence is pretty crappy against it) so I don't see the point in villifying people like addicts or even murderers (hate the sin love the sinner or something like that).
