I pre-ordered from Amazon for the Limited Edition PS4 Steelbook tin at £34 and through their pre-order price guarantee it went down to £31.
I wouldn't pay that price again for this Steam release unless it was around £20, but I'm still on the fence since I've not even got through my PS4 version.

The minigame is so fucked up it didn't even feel like cheating. Just made it fair, lol.
I have them on all those platforms too, but never played it with JP audio, so it'll be a different experience. I'm in as soon as I can buy it Steam. 40GB of space already prepared.
I'll actually give it a go again because of this. I spent a stupid amount of time doing it the one time I did it properly.
That butterfly one though. I'll never get that down.
Chocobo race, I didn't really have an issue with.

Yeah, I recommend it. I actually got both PS3 and PS4 versions in Japanese, I didn't hate the English VA but I did like the Japanese one a bit more.

Here's hoping the "boosters" in this game include something that lets you automatically dodge 200 lightning bolts, win the chocobo race, etc. Seriously, fuck the minigames in FFX.

Loved both of these games so this is a very pleasant surprise. I'll be buying both.
At the very least, lightning dodging is going to be macro-able.

Well now .. this is pleasantly surprising. Still have and love the PS3 version but wouldn't mind retiring it with this. The requirements seem OK as well, nothing too fancy.

I didn't pick these up on either Vita or PS4 as I still have the games and saves active on PS2. But getting these updated versions finally on PC is more likely, simply because I would just dial it up here and there between more important activities on the computer. As with similar titles I already played on console.

Yup, not even surprised with all the events that happened recently, on top of that steamdb leak months ago. I can now get back on the game, and actually start X-2. That would be great if we could upload our saves like it was possible between PS3/PS4, but this time for PC.

Remember guys, it's super easy to cheese Blitzball for those don't end up enjoying the minigame. I discovered this when playing the PS3 version.
Score a goal, take the ball and go near enough to behind your own goals and for some reason the enemy AI won't follow. Just let the time run out then.

Read they designed the game to run at 30fps which makes my piss boil.

One of the boosters might even make the game run at 60 fps. Might be the simplest way to implement that.
