I just hope that the new PS4 console can stream to PC at 1080p and that they announce they are creating an app or program that allows you to voice chat while streaming.

Speaking of Level 5. Do we know what ever happened to that “major title that will surpass White Knight Chronicles " ? It can't be Ni no Kuni 2, right ?

Surpassing White Knight Chronicles doesn't mean much unless he specified town building or something. I'm just pleased we're getting this stunner.

Is there a list of what's realistically expected? I know about GoW4, Dead Don't Ride and Crash possibly happening (mostly just from reading this thread lol). I also assume Detroit might pop up too. I'm not up to date on what everyone else is working on though,

Also these aren't exactly new teases but here. I'm bringing them up because I'm curious on people's opinions in relation to this conference

Potential(?) new Wild Arms from Media.Vision?

(Feel happy to correct me if it's been confirmed as not Wild Arms, I don't really remember if anything happened from this)

PlayStation All-Stars
sequel?

(Still not sure if this is real but I'm just curious as the first of these posts was 3 years ago. Also can't help but bring it up considering
the Crash teases
)

This is my list of what I think will realistically show up.

-Dead Don't Ride by Bend Studio (they'll most likely open the show with this)
-Horizon: Zero Dawn by Guerilla Games (new gameplay, new mechanics, 2017 release date)
-Dreams by Media Molecule (beta announcement)
-Gran Turismo Sport by Polyphony Digital (demos on show floor, not sure what they could do for the conference though as we pretty much know everything now)
-Gravity Rush 2 by Japan Studio (new gameplay, vague 2016/2017 release window)
-The Last Guardian by genDesign & Japan Studio (final release date)
-Detroit: Become Human by Quantic Dream (scene from the game)
-Matterfall by Housemarque (first gameplay footage)
-Ni no Kuni II by Level 5 (first gameplay footage)
-WiLD by Wild Sheep Studio (new footage)
-Persona 5 by Atlus (US release date)
-God of War IV by Santa Monica Studio (this will most likely close the show)

These are all the big games I could think of. I'm sure there will be indies & other surprises sprinkled throughout, but even without those, I think this lineup is pretty solid.

Alright, thanks for that list!

And yeah that seems like a pretty solid lineup

We dont know much on MatterFall yet.

After the premiere at the Paris Games Week Press Conference, I’m pleased to announce MatterFall for PS4, the next game from our favorite arcade action masters, Housemarque.
MatterFall follows an unexpected hero fighting for survival on a ravished sci-fi world infected by a mysterious and deadly alien material known only as “Smart Matter.”

Using agility and powerful weaponry you must explore this new world and utilize your own control over the Smart Matter to uncover the mystery of this new threat and save the day before it threatens the very existence of the human race.
Expect over-the-top action through a vivid sci-fi world and all the addictive, lightning-fast arcade gameplay that you would expect from our friends at Housemarque, the veteran team behind PlayStation classics Resogun, Dead Nation, and Super Stardust.

I'm not sure we will ever see a new Wipeout :(

Though I do believe it's only a matter of time before some indie dev absolutely nails the formula and scratches that itch.

PixelOpus (SIE San Mateo) definitely has a new first-party game in development internally at San Mateo. They were hiring game programmers for a new project.

I wonder if they are sticking to smaller titles or have they bumped it up to something a bit bigger. I know full blown AAA is probably out of the question for now.

Maybe they're working on one of those IPs that have been registered. Wasn't there one called "Sentinel"? Might be their new game.
I liked Entwined, so i'm looking forward what they're up to.

Love to see Housemarque do a more contemporary 3D action game, a third person shooter with their values.

Oh man i'd love a TPS made by 'em.

One of the few first-party releases that might be PS4/PSV. Poor Vita, no more first-party releases it seems. Can't even get a Freedom Wars 2!

I have a weird hunch that if Crash is real it will be both PS4 and Vita. But I'm most likely hilariously wrong like I normally am.

Sanzaru developing it for SIEA then? Release it cross-platform like Sly Cooper.

Tarsier Studios posted this tease just now, they are known to have very close relations with XDev & Sony. Reveal in 24h

We know they are working on Hunger, a game we still dont know if its a 2nd party Sony game or not. I feel this is prob related to Hunger

I have a feeling that Tarsier is breaking away from SIE on this one. The game was funded by their local government, and it was announced without a publisher and for PC/PS4. I just can't see SIE signing on at this point.

Still trying to decide if I want to sell my PS4 in-case the Neo is actually announced at E3...

The only game I have for it currently is the Uncharted Collection (I plan on getting UC4 Eventually), and the only game I plan on getting between now and E3 is Odin Sphere Leifthrasir.

Are we expecting the PS4K/Neo to be a simply VR-based upgrade (more power for VR games, but not for regular games), or will it be a far-more-general higher-tier PS4? If it's the former, I likely won't sell, but if it's the latter...

(If there is a better place to ask this question please let me know.)

The latter.

I wonder if there will be a PS4Neo and PSVR bundle. I really don't think I'm going to enjoy PSVR but my gf keeps on getting excited about the pre-order we have because ever since she was young she dreamed of VR gaming--despite her not being a gamer at all.

I feel like that as well. They did a great job with LBP Vita, so I tought Sony would push them to develop them a new IP, and Hunger looks really cool.

But one thing we do forget sometimes is that devs want to keep their IP and working with Sony would not mean that. Best for them when looking that way.

SIE also has so many returning contract developers, that if Tarsier and Arrowhead Games break way, it's really not that consequential for them.

It was the same last year.

Yeah, Sony doesn't really do a lot of pre-show hype nowadays. They try to keep everything as quiet as possible. I remember last year people were worried about Sony's show because they were so quiet while Nintendo and MS were talking up their shows quite a bit.

Intriguing. Still more interested in Hunger though. That game has gone radio silent for a long time, so I hope we get some new details on it around E3 time.

As current rumors go, it is a higher-tier PS4: resolution, graphics & CPU should see an upgrade. Every game starting in October will ship with a "base mode" (for standard PS4's) & a "Neo mode" (upgrades that'll only be seen on the Neo), but no game will separate the community, so everyone can play in the same pool no matter what. VR will benefit from these upgrades as well.
