yeah i know the main focus will be about ffxv i undertand that but there no mention of ff 7 like kh3 news said there going to be this winter got me think thinking ff7 might come out in 2018

It is a line of thinking that started with the famous line "Guys! If they have revealed MGS and FF the week before E3, it must mean that they have something much bigger to show during the conference", and ended with " These leaks are controlled. They are throwing us off by revealing their left hand...Wait until they drop the right one!".

Me. They might tease The Last of Us 2 but I don't see anything besides what has been heavily rumored and the typical unnanounced boatload of indie games.
No way. He leaked everything 2 months before E3. Everything on the press conference was leaked. This year isn't remotely anything like that.

So does Sony purposely keep getting get late show spot? Is this because they play it in theaters or strategic reasons or something? It's pretty late over here on the east coast...

Gives them a little wiggle room if need be. They said in 2014 they would show Horizon if they needed to to counter any unexpected surprise from MS. I just hope they have a PS4 slim or internal revision that makes it cheaper.

I think there's a small shot. Especially since it seems like KH3 won't get more until winter since that's what it said in the KH2.8 trailer.

Yep, that and anything Rockstar would be the two biggest megas for me, Warhawk I would even put ahead of a Rockstar just slightly on my scale of excitement....
Well it was because of logistics because Mondays had Microsoft, EA and Ubisoft press conferences and press members had to go from one location to the other, so in 2011 when Sony changed their press conference dates from Tuesdays to Mondays only had that late time slot available.
Now they could feasibly change it to sooner.

Bummer... I wanted to see something new about FF7R but it's understandable given that XV is just around the corner.
I'm still hoping for Xenosaga HD Collection, but if it ever happens, I think that it would be revealed at TGS.

Safe to assume that megatons will be shown at Sony's conference, but which ones the question. Perhaps the reason the security has been so tight with this event is because the games are just that hype.

I'm having a couple friends over for the conference and we're ordering pizza. Hope this conference delivers! I usually watch it solo.
Already moving the goalposts... first it was the best E3. Now it's an amazing day especially at X company press conference.
I know it's his job but sorry I don't get excited about Wonderbook VR.
