I don't know if i want to watch this... but i can't help it. Pretty much feels like a typical WRPG though. Interesting to see how Nintendo handles some of the genres inherent problems.

But looks amazing.

Already a bow and arrow. This game isn't fucking around at how much they're giving you up front, after a few minutes of play

Just put the stamina gauge in the UI!

That silly circle thing is too gamey.

How dare they to make it look like a game.

And I love it that it is so different from other Zeldas. But now watch the same people complaining that the Zelda series is too stale that this isn't Zelda enough.

I assume Important items like the master sword won't break so it won't be a big deal near the end of the game. I love how minimal the story seems too. Best 3D Zelda game already tbh

combat still looks very basic. mash b button to kill enemy. they only deal 1/4 heart of damage.

if anything, all the slow mo/witch time stuff just makes thing way easier. kinda unnecessary, even if it's cool to look at.

Emphasis on minimal backstory.

Literally Dark Souls.

Dark Souls with Witch Time.

aaaaaaaaaa

:)

I just LOVE what I'm seeing.

The sense of discovery is back.

And the Ghilbli style is wonderful.

It's Wind Waker level of charming.

My son is speculating this is a conglomeration of aspects from all Zelda storyline due to some time rift.

I am 100% behind everything I've seen so far.
Being able to get lore while exploring the world is something I didn't realize I wanted. I didn't think about how much story was always handed over, save for brief side quests.

This looks like a good implementation of durability. With mostly low durability all around and a wide amount of weapons to use at a time, you change weapons and styles constantly, which keeps you on your toes.

It's like SotC, Souls, and WW had a beautiful baby with pyromaniac tendencies.

I have to admit I've gone from 'oh, cool, new Zelda' to YESSSSSSSSSSS.

Are people complaining that there is no people/activity in the world actually paying attention to the story elements they shared so far? lol

Hoping that the game gives you the basic weapons/items early so they can just pack the rest with new stuff. The Bow and Arrow makes it seem like that's what they're doing.

Yep that style reminds me of Ghibli, even the Japanese title screen reminds me of Nausicaa or something. It'll be a timeless look, and will age well.
