Whole lot of people will lose their jobs

The value of the pound drops, pushing us deep into another recession. Generally increasing the cost of living.

Manufacturing industries will look to jump ship and set up elsewhere.

Goods that we import from the EU will rise in price even more without the trade deals in place.

So, nothing good and everything being worse off than before? Terrible. Maybe they can still review the situation and call another vote?

David Davies talking about how everyone in favour of Leave is also a Unionist is absurd considering this will end the Union forever.

There is nothing positive I could ever say to you. In person I would be prone to immediate violence. This country is utterly fucked because of people like you.

You disagree politically so instead of peacefully resolving your political differences, such as a referendum....you would be prone to violence? Seriously?

Neoliberal austerity measures and unhinged capitalism fucking everyone over followed by racists and neo-nazi opportunists using inequality and "culture" to blame brown and black people

So where are does Priti Patel, or Nadhim Zahawi, or Naheed Majeed fall into all this?
Or are you all just going to continue to believe this is the result of neo-nazis?

This!

All this mess is a major fuck up that goes beyond ideological lines.

How long after this vote does UK ACTUALLY leave the EU?

I keep hearing 1-2 years being thrown around.
To leave we have to enact article 50 of the lisbon treaty which gives us 2 years as a base. The EU can vote to extend it however. If 2 years pass and the EU don't have a majority vote to extend the period, the UK immediately stops being in the EU then and there.

edit: important to note that the 2 years start when we enact the article. We do not have to do so immediately and can hold out for a while to do some preliminary discussions/deals beforehand.

I agree it's too soon to call and we need London results. But if I were a betting man I'd be putting a lot of money on Leave

Decades of politicians scaremongering about the EU, blaming them for all lifes ills, blaming immigrants for causing massive strains on local resources and stealing jobs while living on benefits, decades of ignoring deprived communities and taking their votes for granted while sneering at any concerns and dismissing them as racist..

It's all coming back home to roost.

Funny how some of the same politicians who stoked the flames of hatred against migrants are the ones shouting for us to ignore the hatred against migrants and vote remain.

Salmond cant lose either way, he either wins by remaining or wins by getting another referrendum

This is depressing.

All the council estate benefits thieving voting to leave because they think think they been stopped getting a bigger house by foreigners.

Who do they blame when no longer in the EU?

The Scots?
