It's just a fun little twist that has very little impact on the story, don't worry about it. Also, don't hang in a Persona thread if you're worried about spoilers, people won't spoiler tag shit 8 years later!

Only thing you need to remember is that Yu is the coolest MC.

Always assume spoilers might not be true, it can hurt your enjoyment.

I had hoped it would as it's a cool thing to implement with the thief narrative, and it ensures new players don't drop it.
