The Wii U is a 176 GFLOPS machine. The X1 can hit 512 GFLOPs. They could easily crank the game up.
As a note, my personal thought is that they are going to cap the GPU processing power in handheld only mode. Sounds all but confirmed if they have a beefy CPU and a handheld CPU crammed in there. If they had a 540p screen running at 170 GFLOPs, that'd give better than Wii U graphics and cut power consumption. We'll see, though; part of the problem with SOCs is sustained processing power before thermal limits are hit.
See above.No way Breath of the Wild is going to have a comparable experience to Wii U on that thing...
...unless we're missing a pretty large piece of the puzzle here, which is possible. Some kind of docking station that increases its power when you're at home would make some sort of sense.
