You can still get these at Sheetz

Baja Chalupas were a very solid #2, but the original recipe Grilled Stuft Burritos were god like. The current recipe is a disgrace and a slap in the face.

Chipotle chicken panini from Panera Bread. This was my absolute favorite menu item to get there and I completely stopped going after they got rid of it.

There is even a website dedicated to show how much people love this sandwich and why Panera sucks for removing it from their menu. They also brought out a bastardized version of it called the chipotle chicken avocado melt and even have the balls to tell people that "it's the same thing" as the original panini when it really isn't. Fuck Panera for removing this.

I can't even find a picture of it anymore, but like 10 years ago they used to have a sandwich called the Pepperblue Steak that had shaved steak, gorgonzola, red pepper and a few other things that I can't even remember anymore. But I do remember it being about 4x better than anything I can walk into a panera and order today.

I will never forgive McDonald's for discontinuing the Angus Burgers. They were the closest thing to a full size Burger they had.

The Taco Bells around my house don't carry the Ranchero Chicken Soft Tacos anymore. Even though they were a fresco item, they tasted amazing. I don't know why they never kept the sauce.

Taco Bell's Chili Cheese Burrito. God I miss the 90's.

Close runner-ups:

Taco Bell's Spicy Chicken Burrito

McDonald's Mushroom Swiss Angus Third-pounder

I don't believe you.

These were my absolute favorite fast food when Taco Bell had them. They were so cheap and delicious and I used to eat them all the time. To this day I am heartbroken that they don't sell them any more.

I miss Panera Bread's pizza. That stuff was amazing.

McDonald's Mighty Wings...:(

I must have been the only person at my campus to have bough them. Fucking amazing with blue cheese and Gatorade blue.
My man! Those were the best wings. Nobody really does hot breaded wings =(

They were too expensive though so I see why they failed.

Mighty Wings were great, shame about the price. :(

Also I didn't know the Spicy McChicken was discontinued, swear I saw it on the menu only a couple months ago.

Spicy Chicken Crunchwrap Supreme from Taco bell

And

The BBQ Baked Beans from KFC. I fn loved both of those and was pissed when they were gone from the menu :(

Retro McDonald's ads are cool looking.

With that said, I really loved the Valencia Orange Refresher drink at Starbucks. It was only offered in the southern part of the country apparently. The only reason I went to Starbucks.

If theres one thing I enjoy about working there, its that even though we don't sell strips on their own, we still cook strips for the McWraps so I just eat them lol.

I don't get it, if you have the chicken, why did they take it off the menu? Argh I don't understand corporations.

McSkillet Burrito.

Also Volcano Menu, Spicy Chicken Burrito and the nacho cheese chalupa so I don't have to pay extra to add nacho cheese.

Taco Bell used to have an item called the Grande Soft Taco, which was just a soft taco with two tortillas, with hot nacho cheese between the tortillas. I used to order it all the time when I was a kid at the mall Taco Bell.

If we broaden the range from drive-thru food, I'm going to throw this gem in.
This horrifically blurry picture was all I could manage to find but TGI Friday's Peruvian Herb Roasted Chicken not only made me eat in that dump of a chain, it was genuinely fucking tasty by all accounts. The second this left their menu, I left their restaurants behind.

BONUS - The only thing I have ever genuinely liked from McDonalds, including those repugnant, squishy salt sticks they have the gall to call Fries.
These things were cash.

-McDonald's Jalapeño double. ( my god they were good)

Oh my yes. That. That was a good burger. i would have eaten lunch at mcd every day if they never got rid of that.

I always told my bro that the Jalapeno McDouble was the most Burger King sandwich McD ever put out

Everyone pretty much mentioned my favorites but I always thought eating a black shell was weird

Taco Bell's Black Jack Taco

They had a promotion at one point where the taco would be free past midnight. Best late night taco bell runs

Why didn't I know about this and why am I suddenly very hungry. Why am I looking at this thread at work!

Yeah I'm in class right now and this thread is pushing me towards getting Zaxby's or something instead of my reasonably healthy Chipotle lunch that I had planned on. Dammit.

either McDonald's Tome Triple or Da Brat.

I swear I'm not making these up in my head and saw them on a road trip once. The Tome was named after a baseball player and had 3 patties layered on a hoagie like bun. Da Brat was a bratwurst.

McDonald's chicken selects :'(

jI9A4yF.png

I worked at McDonalds when these came out and they had the Best Buy promotion where every time you bought a 5 piece you got either a $1 credit, $5 credit, $10 credit, or $20 credit towards any Best Buy purchase (it was a tab on the chicken select box), and they stacked. Being shitty teenagers, we would steal giant boxes full of the chicken select boxes and open them up at home.

Think every worker in that restaurant got at least $200 off at BB.

The Thome Triple is listed here as you describe.

And this is why we can't have nice things. Damn it, man.
