My guess is that they'll just find a work-around. Maybe not use the same name but the same basic premise. For example, somebody posted they could do Black Trump instead of Black Bush; that's totally fine from a legal perspective (Regardless of what the actual Trump may say).

Listened to some of his shows in the last year that were uploaded on Youtube, hes still great, he has such a gift of just telling a story and sharing the laughter, even if theres nothing you can really point to and say "Oh thats a great line".
