I'm excited for her to win. I wanted Bernie to win and felt Clinton was too phony but she grew on me, especially with her performance in the third debate.

The problem is the wording on the amendment. It sounds like a "yes" vote is for solar, when it's really the opposite.

Yup, its one of those traps they are misleading people with. I did vote for medical marijuana though, hoping it passes this time. I've never smoked in my life but its something my neurologist is actually considering for me if it does pass so i'm hoping it does pass. They have ran a horrible smear and fear mongering campaign against it here though. They went as far as scaring people at Halloween saying they were going to hand out marijuana filled candy, and that was an ad put out by the fucking police.

What's up with the solar power thing? I have a friend in Orlando and he said it's worded really poorly and will probably confuse a lot of people. Glad to see medical weed is doing well though.

Basically it would make it so electric companies wouldn't have to pay for any excess power you generate, but can still charge you. Would make solar for homes much more expensive for consumers, and likely slow adoption.
