United States Election: Nov. 8, 2016 |OT| Hate Trumps Love

I'm in disbelief, I thought Trump winning the Presidency would be a joke but seeing how close it is, I feel like this isn't real.

There are many big elections next year in Europe. Can't believe they might happen in a Putin-Erdogan-Trump-Brexit world. Imagine Le Pen, Wilders, AfD, Orban etc all getting huge boosts. Straight up a nightmare scenario.

Yep, Le Pen is going to do big numbers next year. And I live right where her party always does best. 2017 is going to be even worse than 2016, isn't it?

Welp, we're fucked.

Going to watch Hockey, I have no wish to watch Trumps gloating face when he gives his victory speech.

And fuck Democrats for giving us Clinton.

Hillary not pulling away in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan? Hahaha what a fucking failure.

WI has been primarily a Republican state for a long time, fam. Michigan is a little surprising, considering the auto bailouts helping the state during Obama's term.

Clinton is starting to pull away in Minnesota, though. Still bothers me that it's as close as it is.

In any case, seems like the senate and the house is going rep, so at best we will get "Fucking nothing" for 4 years, at worst it's gonna be a disaster.

i'm freakin out like the rest of ya'll that he has this many votes and that it's so close, but please stop saying it's over. it most certainly is not and this is gonna be a long night

I'm totally fine with Hillary being a weak, one-term president. I'm totally fine losing the House and the Senate. I just cannot deal with the idea of living in a country that elected Donald Trump and looking at the kids I teach and trying to tell them that this is a good, tolerant nation.

If she wins, I think it will take a lot of the wind out of her critics sails. So much emphasis has been put on about how utterly awful Hillary will be, but if she becomes president, it will quickly become apparent that it's just business as usual.

Actually, that's what's fueling a lot of the opposition to her.

LOL

NBC went to interview a "Hillary" supporter and the woman said she didn't vote, she's not an American..but she supports Hillary.

Well done NBC

oh god that senate fuck you democrats. the best we have to hope for at this point is a narrow Clinton victory followed by 4 years of gridlock until she gets rolled by whoever the Republicans nominate in 2020.

yay

If she wins I could see her getting primary'd in 2020.
